How can I sign up for SPO Wtp-proof?

If you are interested in participating in SPO Wtp-proof, please discuss this with your direct manager.

Why am I part of a certain target group in SPO Wtp-proof?

It is best to discuss this with PGGM’s HR/L&O department. You can contact them via the Viva Engage community WTP opleidingen

Which email address do I use to log in?

Log in with the same email address as where you receive our mailings. Usually this is the long version (first and last name@pggm.nl) of the PGGM email address which you use for work. So not the shortened PGGM email address.

I am already participating in a programm via SPO Nyenrode. What email address should I use to log in?

Log in with the same email address as where you receive our mailings. Usually this is the long version (first and last name@pggm.nl) of the PGGM email address which you use for work. So not the shortened PGGM email address.

If you are currently participating in a program via SPO Nyenrode and already have access to ‘My SPO Nyenrode’ via an e-mail address other than your PGGM e-mail? You can now log in with your long PGGM e-mail address.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

First, make sure you’re using the correct email address and password. If you don’t remember your email address, but sure your email address is correct? Then click on ‘Wachtwoord vergeten’ to reset your password. Can’t remember your login details at all? Please contact support-wtpproof@nyenrode.nl.

I can’t remember my password. What should I do?

If you don’t remember your password, click on ‘Wachtwoord vergeten’ below the login screen on spo.nl/mijn. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Use a unique password that you don’t use anywhere else.  
 
Please note: at the request of PGGM, we ask you to choose a different password than the one you use for the PGGM systems. Use a unique and strong password to keep your account secure.

I want to change my password or email address. Is that possible?

To reset your password, click ‘Mijn gegevens’ in the ‘MijnSPO Nyenrode’ menu. Here you will find your login details with a section to change your password.

Your PGGM e-mail address is connected to SPO Wtp-proof. Therefore it is not possible to change your e-mail address.

Two-factor authentication

When you participate in a course of Wtp-proof after June 1, 2025, you will be asked to set up two-factor authentication. You will automatically receive an e-mail with all the information you need.

I sent an email to the support email address. When can I expect an answer? 

If you have sent an email to the support email address, you can count on a response time of up to 24 hours. This is calculated over office hours and working days.

Wtp-proof courses

Can I download the information from a learning path?

Only the badges can be downloaded. The information from the learning paths will be available in the PGGM knowledge base and you will also retain access to SPO Wtp-proof for reference.

Do I have to complete each learning path at once?

You don’t have to complete a learning path at once. The system remembers where you left off.

Will I receive a diploma or certificate after completing a learning path?

After completing a learning path, you will receive a badge. You can download this badge directly.

Can I still use the completion of learning paths for something? (Proof of expertise/legal validity)

Yes, by completing all assigned learning paths, you are Wtp-proof. We maintain SPO Wtp-proof and continue to serve new learning paths, so you can remain Wtp-proof.

How can I see where I have left off in a learning pathway?

The system remembers where you left off.

Where can I find my progress?

At the top right, you’ll see the progress bar with a percentage. To complete a learning path this percentage needs to be 100%.

Please note: a learning path is added every week, which means that the percentage decreases again until you have completed all the learning paths of the learning pathway. 

I have a question or comment about the content of a learning pathway. <br>Who do I contact?

How long does it take to complete a learning path?

On average it takes about 15 minutes to complete a learning path.

Do I have to complete all learning paths within a certain period?

In some cases there will be a certain period in which you have to complete a learning path. We advise you to stay on track and complete a learning path in the same week you receive it. In this way you will be Wtp-proof in time.

How long do I have access to SPO Wtp-proof?

You have access to SPO Wtp-proof for one year with a starting date of March 17th, 2025.

I no longer want to receive questions after obtaining my badge. Can I stop the MemoTrainer? 
  1. On the main page of the training, go to ‘MemoTrainer instellingen’, see image below; 
  1. Under the heading ‘Intensiviteit van de MemoTrainingen’ you can see the weekly schedule. Here you have the option to tick the box ‘geen MemoTraining’.  
  1. Then click on ‘save’.  
     
    As a result, you will no longer receive MemoTrainer questions for this training.

Technical

What browser should I use?

You can use regular browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. We advise you to use the most up-to-date version.

What do I need to use the aNewSpring app on my phone? 

You can use the app from iOS 11.0 and from Android 5.1. You’ll find the app via aNewSpring – that is the provider of the learning platform.
